Notice K-PORTAL URL Changes
Due to the end of support for Internet Explorer 11 (IE 11) on June 15 2022 and due to the maintenance of
network devices, users of K-PORTAL are requested to access the new URL.
To access the new URL, refer to the documentation to set up your PC.
New K-PORTAL URL
The following URL is the new K-PORTAL. Please access K-PORTAL from this URL by the end of IE 11 support on June 15 2022.
Maintenance has been completed on APros, and APros can now be used with the new URL.
APros users should access from the above new URL.
Notes on Accessing K-PORTAL from a New URL
①You will need to configure your PC to access the new URL.
Refer to the manual and set up the PC beforehand.
②Support for Internet Explorer from Macrosoft is scheduled to end on June 15, 2022.
Therefore, use Google Chrome to access the new URL.
③The new URL does not support older operating systems prior to Windows 7.
